Fit-Out Execution & Supervision
Our in-house craftsmen execute all fit-out works — flooring, ceiling, joinery, tiling, painting, lighting, and finishing — with a dedicated site supervisor present daily. Weekly photographic progress reports shared with the client throughout.
Snagging, Final Inspection & Handover
A thorough snagging inspection identifies and rectifies any defects before handover. Full cleaning, protective covers removed, and the space presented ready for occupancy. Post-handover warranty support as standard.

What is included in your interior fit-out service?
Our complete fit-out service covers space planning and design, flooring (marble, stone, tile, wood), false ceiling and drywall, custom joinery and woodwork (done in our own workshop), bathroom fit-out, kitchen fit-out, wall finishes and painting, and lighting installation. All elements are coordinated in-house — you deal with one team from design to handover.
Do you have your own joinery workshop?
Yes. We have an in-house joinery workshop where all custom furniture, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, reception counters, and decorative millwork is fabricated. This gives us direct quality control over every piece — critical for luxury hospitality projects where tolerances are tight and brand standards are non-negotiable.
Do you handle luxury hospitality interiors?
Yes. We have delivered luxury hospitality interiors for Taj Hotels and Times Group — including hotel rooms, suites, resort villas, spa facilities, banquet halls, and restaurant spaces. We understand the precision and brand compliance required by 5-star hotel brands and have the in-house capability to deliver it.
Can you complete fit-out with residents / tenants in occupation?
Yes. We have completed multiple renovation and fit-out projects with residents in occupation, including office refurbishments with zero operational downtime. We work floor by floor or zone by zone, schedule noisy activities in off-hours, and maintain clear site hoardings throughout.
Do you source materials or does the client need to arrange?
We can handle complete material sourcing — directly from manufacturers and authorised distributors, with client sample approval at every stage. If the client has already specified materials or has a preferred supplier, we work with those too. Either way, we take responsibility for the quality of what goes into your space.
How long does a typical interior fit-out take?
Timelines vary by project size and scope. A typical 3BHK apartment fit-out takes 8–12 weeks. A corporate office fit-out of 10,000–15,000 sq.ft. takes 10–16 weeks. Luxury hotel room fit-outs depend on the number of keys and scope. We provide a detailed milestone schedule before signing any contract, and we hold ourselves to it.
