Space Planning & Interior Design
Functional space planning, layout drawings, finish schedules, and material selection — aligned with the architect's design intent and the client's brand or lifestyle requirements. We translate design concepts into buildable, costed fit-out scopes.
Flooring — Marble, Stone, Tile & Wood
Supply and installation of all flooring types — Italian marble, natural stone, vitrified tiles, ceramic tiles, engineered wood, laminate, and vinyl flooring. Precision cutting, levelling, grouting, and polishing — finished to showroom standard.
Custom Joinery & Woodwork
In-house fabrication and installation of all custom woodwork — wardrobes, kitchen cabinetry, TV units, study tables, reception counters, wall panelling, and decorative millwork. Built in our own workshop, ensuring exact specifications and finish quality.
False Ceiling & Drywall Partitions
Design and installation of gypsum false ceilings, POP ceilings, grid ceilings, and feature ceiling elements. Drywall partitioning for rooms, cabins, and functional zones — with acoustic and fire-rated board options where required.
Bathroom & Wet Area Fit-Out
Complete bathroom fit-out — wall and floor tiling, sanitary ware installation, vanity units, mirrors, shower enclosures, bathtubs, and all plumbing connections. Waterproofing and tiling executed in-house for leak-free, long-lasting results.
Kitchen Fit-Out & Platform Works
Modular and semi-modular kitchen fit-out — platform granite/quartz work, overhead and base cabinets, appliance integration, sink installation, and tile dado works. For hospitality, we handle commercial kitchen fit-out in coordination with MEP.
Wall Finishes, Texture & Paint
Smooth wall preparation, putty application, texture finishes, decorative wall treatments, and final paint — interior emulsion, exterior weather coat, enamel, and premium branded paint systems. Feature walls with stone cladding, wallpaper, and wood panelling.
Lighting & Electrical Fit-Out
Decorative and functional lighting design execution — concealed LED strip lighting, recessed downlights, pendant fittings, cove lighting, and façade lighting. Coordination with electrical team for DB, wiring, and switch/socket placement.

How We Work
Our Interior Fit-Out Process
Design Review & BOQ Preparation
We review architectural and interior drawings, prepare a detailed Bill of Quantities, and submit a material-wise fit-out proposal — transparent, itemised, and aligned to the project brief.
Material Selection & Approval
Flooring samples, paint swatches, tile options, joinery finishes, and hardware are presented for client approval. All materials sourced from approved vendors with test certificates and warranty documentation.
Design Review & BOQv Preparation
Waterproofing of wet areas, floor screeding, brick/block partition walls, MEP rough-in coordination — all completed before any finishing work begins. No fit-out over unprepared surfaces.
False Ceiling & Partition Installation
Drywall and false ceiling frameworks installed first, with MEP services (AC ducts, electrical conduits, plumbing) coordinated and concealed within the ceiling and wall voids.
Flooring & Tiling
Flooring laid in sequence — starting with marble/stone in common areas, moving to tiles in wet areas, and wood/laminate in bedrooms and living areas. Each floor inspected for level, joints, and finish before sign-off.
Joinery, Painting & Finishing
Custom joinery installed, walls prepared and painted, fixtures and fittings installed, and final touch-up works completed. A detailed snagging list is prepared and cleared before handover.
FF&E Installation & Handover
Loose furniture placed, curtains hung, accessories installed, and final deep cleaning completed. Client walkthrough and punch list sign-off. Full as-built documentation and warranty certificates handed over.
