Our Story
Built on One Promise:
Never Compromise on Quality.
"We don't build projects. We build the spaces where families live, where businesses grow, where guests rest, and where communities form."
Balaji Construction & Interiors was founded in Delhi with a single civil construction team and a clear mission: to deliver construction that matches exactly what was promised — in quality, in timeline, and in craftsmanship. Nearly four decades later, that mission hasn't changed.
What has changed is our scale. From individual civil construction projects, we have grown into a full-service contracting and interior company — one of Delhi-NCR's most trusted names across six verticals: civil construction, commercial & office spaces, institutional projects, interior design & fit-out, luxury hospitality buildouts, and residential townships.
Our portfolio tells the story better than words. The Gateway Resort at Damdama Lake — built for Taj Hotels/IHCL. The FDDI College campus in Noida — built for the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. Amrapali Leisure Valley — an integrated township for one of Delhi-NCR's most prominent residential developers. Time Tower and Time Residency — built for Times Group in Gurugram.
These are not just construction projects. They are institutions, communities, and landmarks — built to last for generations, by a team that takes that responsibility seriously every single day.

In-House Everything
We never outsource our core capabilities. Civil engineers, structural designers, site supervisors, interior craftsmen, and a 1,000+ strong skilled workforce — all in-house, all accountable to one team.
One Contract. Complete Scope.
Civil structure, MEP coordination, interior fit-out, and external development — all under one contract with one point of accountability. Our clients deal with one team, not a chain of sub-contractors.
Quality Without Compromise
We follow Bureau of Indian Standards (IS) codes on every project. Third-party QC audits, NABL-accredited material testing, and stage-wise inspection records — because quality is not negotiable, regardless of project size.
